Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for your fencing projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, actual completion times may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. All labor is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be specified in your service agreement. We will address any defects in workmanship at no additional cost during the warranty period.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area during the project. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring our crew can safely access your property. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or sprinkler systems before we begin work.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your fence installation. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with local HOA rules and property line requirements. We recommend confirming property boundaries before starting any fence project.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee. Any deposits paid for ordered materials may be non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

ProBarrier Rialto Fence Builders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
